Phase 1: Interdisciplinary Literature Review and Construct Identification

Goal

Establish a theoretical foundation for EQ benchmarking through literature synthesis. Phase 1 involves a detailed literature review to systematically identify critical emotional intelligence constructs. These constructs form the foundation for subsequent rigorous evaluation prompt creation and benchmarking metrics.

This stage focuses on surveying multidisciplinary research to build a foundation for later phases.

Collaborative Literature Review

The literature review is currently under revision as we transition to Phase 2: developing constructs.
