Phase 1: Interdisciplinary Literature Review and Construct Identification
Goal
Establish a theoretical foundation for EQ benchmarking through literature synthesis. Phase 1 involves a detailed literature review to systematically identify critical emotional intelligence constructs. These constructs form the foundation for subsequent rigorous evaluation prompt creation and benchmarking metrics.
Methodology
- Systematic reviews across Philosophy, Psychology, Neuroscience, Computer Science
- Database creation detailing constructs, definitions, measurement methods, SERA-X axes alignment
This stage focuses on surveying multidisciplinary research to build a foundation for later phases.
Relevant Literature
